Everyday Leadership: Journey Mapping & Self-Assessment
Participants identify core motivations, values, and constraints—translating these into a professional narrative. Using design thinking and industry-standard assessments, they develop a clear picture of where they’re headed.Personal Strategic Planning: Building the Career Playbook
Learners explore how to leverage different forms of capital (social, economic, cultural), map their networks, and create actionable plans across time horizons. The outcome is a personalized, high-agency “Career Playbook.”Capstone: From Playbook to Business Plan
In small groups and 1:1 sessions, participants develop and refine a 6–12 month business or career transition plan—focused on action, accountability, and traction in the real world.
