A Unique Culture is the Key to Success

A company's unique culture, narrative, and team dynamics are their secret sauce. We think it’s what differentiates good businesses from truly great ones. The problem is that preserving all this unique, ever-evolving company DNA is difficult, often passed along informally among teams and diluted over time.

At Honor, we asked ourselves, what if learning and development could be easily crafted by businesses instead of outsourcing it from massive learning platforms? We love this recent article from the Harvard Business Review because it identifies the gap we’ve been hearing from businesses: that companies need easy ways to build learning infrastructures specific to their culture and narrative.

By focusing on how to use technology in the context of the organization and its digital vision, they help create and reinforce a specific culture around tech and innovation in a way that more generalized online trainings simply can’t.
