About Honor
Honor builds infrastructure for organizational culture. Our products — Create, Learn, and Calibrate — help companies capture how they think, transmit that thinking through cohort-based learning, and apply it at the moment of decision.
At Honor, the work spans disciplines more than it does at most companies. We're a small, generous team: people pitch in on problems outside their lane, push back on each other's thinking with care, and hold a high bar because the work demands it, not because someone's checking. If you like variety, want a role with real creative latitude, and are comfortable learning as you go, this role is a good fit.
What you'll do
Your primary role is to provide creative support for one of our clients in the financial services industry, working closely with our in-house curriculum developer to produce static graphics for the client’s course content and do some light video-editing of interviews and other material for their courses. This is simple, straightforward video trimming and audio manipulation rather than heavy production — previous video editing experience is not required, but you should come ready to learn. In addition to the client work, you'll also work with our Honor design team to develop marketing and sales materials, giving you exposure across product, brand, and go-to-market work.
What we're looking for
Full-time availability
Strong design fundamentals: solid typography skills and a clear sense of visual hierarchy
Proficiency in Figma
Experience with DaVinci Resolve or a comparable motion/video tool is a strong plus but not required
Comfort with — or genuine interest in learning — AI tools as part of a modern design workflow
A creative, scrappy approach: someone who can move between a quick course graphic and a sales deck without missing a beat
Strong communication skills and reliability — you'll be a client-facing representative of Honor to our client's team, so responsiveness and professionalism are key
Logistics
This is a full-time contract role at roughly six months with a ~$10k/month stipend, with potential to convert to a full-time position for the right person.
