Come build the future of learning with us

Honor is a learning platform that reimagines how we teach, train, and learn—using AI not to mimic human connection, but to elevate it. We partner with organizations, educational institutions, and mission-driven teams to transform content into connected learning experiences that invite collaboration, spark conversation, and deepen understanding through shared insight. Our platform drives course completion rates of over 85%—compared to industry averages around 15%—and over 90% of learners report increased comprehension and engagement with Honor. With roots in higher education and expertise from category-defining companies like Apple, Google, Snap, DocuSign, and Pinterest, our team builds tools that are intuitive, powerful, and transformational.

Client Business Partner

As Vice President, Client Business Partner, you will serve as both a hands-on relationship and revenue driver, with the opportunity to grow into leading a go-to-market team as a future team builder. In the near term, you will own your full enterprise sales cycle—prospecting, building relationships, managing multi-stakeholder engagements, and closing high-value SaaS deals across nonprofit, corporate, and higher education markets.

As Honor Education scales, you will also have the opportunity to hire and mentor a small team of sales professionals, evolving into a player-coach role that balances direct selling with leadership responsibilities.

    • Own the full enterprise sales cycle: pipeline generation, discovery, demos, proposals, and closing.

    • Prospect and develop new accounts across corporate, university, and nonprofit markets.

    • Lead strategic enterprise negotiations with C-level executives, procurement teams, and multi-stakeholder decision units.

    • Manage accurate forecasting and maintain CRM hygiene to ensure pipeline visibility.

    Player-Coach Leadership(Future Focus)

    • Lay the foundation for a high-performing sales culture through repeatable processes and a scalable sales playbook.

    • Provide guidance and mentorship to future sales hires while continuing to lead by example in the field.

    • Help shape sales compensation, metrics, and structure as the team grows.

    • Partner with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to align go-to-market execution.

    • Bring customer and market insights back to the leadership team to shape product roadmap and strategy.

    • Represent Honor Education at industry events, conferences, and executive-level meetings.

    • 8+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience, with a consistent track record of exceeding quotas.

    • Proven success selling into nonprofit, corporate, or higher education organizations with complex buying groups.

    • Comfort navigating long sales cycles, procurement, and multi-stakeholder decision-making.

    • Entrepreneurial, hands-on mindset with ability to work independently in a fast-growing company.

    • Strong executive presence and communication skills, with experience presenting to C-suite leaders.
